Mann Print & Design agrees to supply Goods and Services to the Buyer upon the following Terms and Conditions.

CUSTOMER DETAILS
Mann Print & Design will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors; including but not limited to failure to send product to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Mann Print & Design as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Mann Print & Design does not store any Credit Card information.
All prices include GST for New Zealand sales and are in New Zealand dollars. An international business number should be provided for international transactions where GST is not payable.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will protect and maintain your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

NO LIABILITY
Mann Print & Design nor its staff or agents shall be liable for any cost, loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of a failure to provide updated delivery instructions.

Mann Print & Design incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”). Access to your personal information is restricted to staff and third-party companies needed to fulfil your order. Only employees or our third-party companies who need access to your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to your personal information.
